Oats can be used not only as cereals but they also have skincare benefits as well. They have anti oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that can cleans and moisturize skin. They are help in combination with other ingredients in resolving skin problems.
- Use about 3 teaspoons of oats and mix with 1/2 teaspoon of honey and a teaspoon of milk. Blend them up well to create a paste.
